Returns and Exchange
We want you to LOVE your purchases!
If for some reason you aren't happy, please contact us within 7 days of order delivery date to organise an exchange of size or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
Please note there is NO exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind on any CUSTOM item including but not limited to saddlery and foot wear.
All items are checked to be fit for purpose prior to shipping, however faulty items can be returned for store credit.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange, includes items purchased with a discount or promotional code.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to incur return shipping charges, any shipping charges will not be credited.
Once item is returned and accepted, our team will be in contact to arrange credit voucher or exchange. We recommend providing a tracking number of your return as we do not cover losses due to shipping.
